2010년7월1일에 직업군 변경을 선두로 하여 기술이민의 진행 우선순위제에 대한 변경안이 발표되었습니다.

우선 순위제 적용 순위

1.     ENS와 RSMS 신청자

2.     주정부후원에 의한 nomination을 받은 신청자

3.     2010년7월1일 이후 발표된 New SOL Schedule 3에 있는 신청자

4.     1-3번을 제외한 나머지 신청자

l  Skilled-Sponsored (Subclass 176)

l  Skilled-Regional Sponsored (Subclass 475)

l  Skilled-Regional Sponsored (Subclass 487)

l  Skilled-Designated Area-Sponsored [Provisional] (Subclass 496)

l  Graduated-Skilled (Subclass 497)

l  Skilled-Onshore Independent New Zealand Citizen (Subclass 861)

l  Skilled-Onshore Australian-Sponsored New Zealand Citizen (Subclass 862)

l  Skilled-Onshore Designated Area-Sponsored New Zealand Citizen (Subclass 863)

l  Skilled-Independent Overseas Student (Subclass 880)

l  Skilled-Australian-Sponsored (Subclass 881)

우선 순위제의 시행 시기

이 순위제는 2010년7월14일부터 시행되며, 이 날짜 후 접수하는 신청자들에게 적용되며, 기존에 이 날짜 이전까지 종료되지 않은 신청자들에게도 해당됩니다.

Processing priority groups

The following table details processing priorities for GSM applications.
Note: The highest priority is listed first.

 From people who are employer sponsored under the Employer Nomination Scheme (ENS) and the Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (RSMS).
Note: Priority Group 1 applications are not GSM applications.

 From people who are nominated by a state or territory government agency with a nominated occupation that is specified on that state or territory's state migration plan.

 From people who have nominated an occupation on the new Skilled Occupation List (SOL).

 All other applications are to be processed in the order in which they are received.
